We are located at 911 Wallace Court. This division of the Fire Department processes building and fire system permits, provides plans review services, performs building and fire inspections, and provides code enforcement services. It enforces both the Florida Building Code and the Florida Fire Prevention Code.

We are presently under the 2004 Florida Building Codes, plumbing, fuel gas, mechanical, residential, existing buildings and fire prevention. We are presently using the 2002 National Electrical Code.
