Where is City Hall?
|
|
City Hall is located at 100 N. Country Club Road, which is at the corner of Lake Mary Boulevard and Country Club Road. However, the main entrance into City Hall is on Lakeview Avenue (on the north side of the building).

Can you tell me what apartments/homes/land is/are available for sale/rent, or have sold in the area recently?

We do not keep records of property sales or rentals. You will need to contact a local realtor.

Where do I obtain a marriage license?
|
|
You must contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office at (407) 665-4330, ext. 4375. There are 3 locations. Casselberry at 376 Wilshire Blvd, Altamonte at 995 SW434 (Oak Grove Shopping Center) & in Sanford at 301 North Park Avenue.

Where can I register to vote?

Voter Registration Forms are available at City Hall. You should complete the form and return it to the Supervisor of Elections Office.

What schools will my children attend?

The School Board establishes the boundaries for schools in Lake Mary. Their telephone number is (407) 320-0000.

When does the City Commission meet?
|
|
The regular meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 P. M. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall.

Where do I pay for a traffic ticket that I received from the Lake Mary Police Department?

Traffic tickets are paid to the Clerk of the Court for Seminole County. Call 407-665-4330 for more information. They are located at the Criminal Justice Center, 101 Bush Boulevard, Sanford. Lake Mary parking violations can be paid at City Hall.

Do I need a permit to take down a tree?
|
|
Yes, you need a permit. There is $30 charge for an arbor permit for 1 & 2 family dwellings. Please contact Community Development at 407-585-1449.

Do I need a permit to put up a shed, and where can it go?
|
|
Yes, you need a permit. Provided that the shed is no larger than 200 square feet, it can go to within 10 feet of the rear property line. Side setbacks must be maintained. Sheds cannot be placed in easements.
