Work is underway by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for both the I-4 Ultimate and I-4 Beyond the Ultimate (BTU) projects. Lake Mary is part of Segment 3 of the I-4 BtU project with significant improvements planned for I-4 which include the intersections of Lake Mary Boulevard and CR 46A/Rinehart Road Planning documents and other information regarding Segment 3 can be found at the FDOT website and then viewing the on Project Designs and Segment 3.
