Community Development

Thank you for visiting the Community Development Department's online portal. Our goal is for all members of the public to be able to locate all of the information they need pertaining to the development and permitting within the City of Lake Mary as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

The Community Development Department is made up of two divisions: Building and Planning and Zoning. Each Division is made up of high-level professionals with many years of experience, which guarantees quality delivery of service to developers and residents alike. Information on both divisions can be located in the tabs to the left of this page. Within those pages, you can find staff contacts, links to applications, as well as maps, and other regulatory documents. If you are unsure about where to locate a document or find an answer, please don't hesitate to contact someone on staff and they will be happy to help you.
