There are 3 ways to sign up for paperless billing:
If you are making a one-time payment and have chosen not to register your information, on the "Review Payment" screen click the box next to "Enroll me in Paperless." To complete the process and agree to terms and conditions, click "Process Payment" and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you would like to register your account for ease of future bill inquiries, start at our website, Lake Mary website and click on "Online Payments" then click "Pay Online". Now select "Utility Bills" and enter your account number. Once your bill information appears on the screen, select an invoice and click "Register Selected Invoices". Complete the required information and click the box next to "I would like to sign up for Paperless" at the bottom of the "Register" page. To complete the process and agree to terms and conditions, click "Complete Registration" and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you're already a registered user, log into your account and you'll see your customer dashboard with recent activity. Click on "Paperless." Choose the "Yes" option under the green leaf. To complete the process and agree to terms and conditions, click "Save my changes" and you will receive a confirmation email.
